Cross Cultural Awareness Training (CCAT)
Workshops are designed for government and non-government organisations who wish to provide a more sensitive and effective service to our culturally diverse community.
If you have a group of people requiring this training our staff can come to your place of work, alternatively we hold numerous workshops throughout the year which individuals can attend. Training can be designed to suit your particular needs and we will meet with you to design a specific program. The program is provided by people who work in the area of migrant services and have direct experience and awareness of current issues in the provision of settlement to people from non-English speaking backgrounds. |
