Welcome to the Migrant Resource Centre Aged Care Team
The Migrant Resource Centre’s Aged Care Team provide support and services for older migrants and refugees.
Our Aged Care Services include:

Home and Community Care (HACC)

Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)

Extended Aged Care at Home for Dementia (EACHD)

Community Partners Program (CPP)

Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care Program (PICAC).
The Migrant Resource Centre assists older migrants living in communities throughout Hobart and Southern Tasmania.
If you are an older migrant or refugee and need care or assistance, we can help you with:

Information help about healthy ageing

Services to help you stay in your own home

Support from bi-cultural workers who speak various languages and dialects

Community involvement in aged care.
