How can people get access to the Phoenix Centre?
Community services can refer a person to the Phoenix Centre. We recommend that you telephone to discuss the referral. We can only discuss the details of a referral if you have already gained the permission of the person. However, we can discuss our services in general terms. Individuals can refer themselves – please telephone 6234 9330.
Is there a Waiting List?
Yes there is usually a waiting period before our staff can see a new client. When you telephone we may be able to indicate how long that wait may be, and may also be able to suggest other support services.
Who are our staff?
The Counsellor/Advocates at the Phoenix Centre are professionally trained in social work, psychology or counselling.
