General Case Management

This project case manages any Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) community member who after exit from the initial settlement program, the Humanitarian Settlement Scheme (HSS) still has some settlement issues.

This project will assess, support, advocate and refer when necessary to assist the communities achieve the best outcomes for their settlement.
