Home and Community Care (HACC)
This program assists people from migrant and refugee (culturally and linguistically diverse) backgrounds. Clients from this program are people who are older or have a disability. Clients also include carers. The program supports people to stay independently in their own homes.
Our Client Workers will assist you with information and access to services that you may need. These may include:
